Be kind ...

In the last year, I’ve had the great privilege of co-facilitating a one-day DEI workshop.  I have been struck by how often people have talked about kindness in this very context: that we can never fully know what someone is dealing with in their lives.  It seems that kindness, then, is the most called-for response.
