The idea of honouring our inner compasses and being the only ones who truly know what it takes caught my attention here. I have heard over and again of late how many people need to find “No!”, because they do not have it inside themselves to keep meeting the outer expectations of others. And I have been navigating the possibility of what might happen in our personal relationships if we were to introduce more invitation and less expectation into the way we choose to be with each other. It takes courage to be human.
