What a difference it would make in this embattled world of ours if everyone knew this - I mean truly knew it! Simply, if I can access genuine interest for another's thinking and feeling, to the degree that I can be present for it, without rush, or judgement: their wellspring of creative solutions will flourish because I am there listening.
