The Value of Appreciation

Through teaching the Component of Appreciation, I have come to realise that it is the saying of it that matters most.

Translating the valuing and appreciating of people that we experience on the inside into words - that we give them as a gift - that makes the difference. And the difference it makes happens to both people, the giver and the receiver.
