Not everything that can be faced…

Today I had the chance to be interviewed on coaching leaders to create environments of inclusivity. And then I saw this quote:

'If Leaders are allowed to face their own vulnerability and fears, they are much better enabled to create cultures in which the other vulnerable human beings around them can show up.'
