"If grief can be a doorway to love, then let us all weep for the world we are breaking apart so we can love it back to wholeness again." -Robin Wall Kimmerer

All my life, since childhood, I have known a particular type of transpersonal grief.

It is different to personal grief.  And whenever I have felt it, I have also known that my tears are vital, important and healing for those for whom I cry even though I do not know them.

It is so important to be broken open, and to know that your healing is universal.
